SalesCycle CRM is an application that combines CRM, PIM and communications functionality for small to medium sized businesses. Unlike many other products on the market, it is sold as licensed application, i.e. no monthly or annual fees - just a single one-time payment. At $99.95 per user, SalesCycle costs less than the annual charge for most CRM solutions available as "pay as you go" ASP services. A quick look at the features will show that, despite this, SalesCycle is a highly functional product and handles a variety of tasks that usually require additional software.

As with other Aquila Technology products, SalesCycle is based on the DBISAM database, combined with a native code compiled application, to give unparalleled speed and functionality in a compact installation.Although the vast majority of CRM applications are designed for a minimum of five users, the mimimum configuration for SalesCycle is one user. Additional users can be added as needed, so you only pay for what you need now.

As can be seen from the pricing structure below, we only charge for the SalesCycle CRM client application. All servers needed to implement an enterprise-wide client/server CRM implementation, with integrated e-mail and chat functionality, are provided free of charge.
