Payroll for the Republic of Ireland

HRPay is a family of products which provide Payroll and Time & Attendance functionality for small to medium sized businesses. Unlike other products on the market, it retains all of the historical information that is entered on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and uses this information to provide additional functionality to the user.

This makes HRPay more than a payroll package. A quick look at the features will show that, compared to standard payroll packages, HRPay automatically handles a multitude of tasks that usually require manual intervention, or additional software.

Naturally, HRPay handles all Revenue returns and forms, such as P30, P35, P45(1), P45(3), P46, and P60, and is fully ROS-compliant. In addition, companies who have been requested to make a CSO EHECS return will be glad to know that this is also included in the HRPay reports.

As with other Aquila Technology products, HRPay is based on the award-winning Borland database, combined with a native code compiled application, to give unparalleled speed and functionality in a compact installation. The six members of the HRPay family are:

Upgrading from one product to another is simple. All versions of HRPay are 100% compatible.

New: HRPay can now run in Limited User Accounts and downloads have been reduced in size to 10Mb

UK version

Payroll for Britain & Northern Ireland

A UK version of HRPay is currently being completed and tested for compliance with HMRC Payroll Standard. It is hoped to have the HMRC accreditation for the start of the 2008/2009 tax year. However, we have not yet applied for accreditation and, should we fail to complete the accreditation process before 6/4/08, we will be releasing a non-accredited beta version for field trials.

The non-accredited beta version of HRPay will be released only when we are satisfied that we meet the requirements of the Payroll Standard and are ready to submit the product for accreditation. This will be made available free of charge to users who wish to try the product, on the understanding that it is not approved by HMRC and is subject to change.

Once we receive accreditation for HRPay, it will be released as a commercial product and will be available for a modest annual subscription. However, all users of the beta version will be given a free subscription for the 2008/2009 tax year and will be eligible for full support and updates.

If you are interested in testing HRPay before it is granted HMRC approval, please use the Information Request form or send us an email to indicate your interest and we will notify you when the product is available for download.

The UK version of HRPay is modelled on the Irish versions which provide Payroll and Time & Attendance functionality for small to medium sized businesses and is re-engineered to cover the requirements of the UK market. Unlike many other products on the market, it retains all of the historical information that is entered on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and uses this information to provide additional functionality to the user.

This makes HRPay more than a payroll package. A quick look at the features will show that, compared to standard payroll packages, HRPay automatically handles a multitude of tasks that usually require manual intervention, or additional software.

Naturally, HRPay handles all Revenue returns and forms, such as P9D, P11D, P14, P30, P32, P35, P38A, P38S, P45(1), P45(3), P46, P46(Car), P160, WNU, and P60. Returns can be paper-based or you can use the integrated Internet Filing features to make returns online.

This version of HRPay is based on the DBISAM database, combined with a native code compiled application, to give unparalleled speed and functionality in a compact installation. It will be available in 5, 20, and 100 employee versions and upgrading from one product to another is simple. All versions of HRPay are 100% compatible.
