The Light Edition. [Disponible en Español]
If you don't need detailed item-level tracking of purchases and sales, and you don't issues invoices, or use very simple invoices, the Light edition will probably meet your needs. This provides a complete accounting solution for businesses such as retail outlets where the requirement is to track total sales and purchases, and accounts payable and receivable, in a given period rather than transaction-level detail. Amounts can be entered net of sales tax, or as gross amounts.
This entry-level edition has all the features of the Standard edition, except:
- Product codes are not supported.
- Only one line per tax category on invoices.
- Sales Quotations are not supported.
- Electronic Invoicing is not supported.
- Recurring Purchase & Sales transactions are not included.
- No asset register.
In every other respect, it is a full-featured four-ledger accounting system - at an unbeatable price.
The Standard Edition [Disponible en Español]
For users who require detailed invoicing, with product and service codes and free text entry, the Standard edition is the best choice. It also includes electronic invoicing, recurring purchase and sales invoices and an asset register with depreciation processing.
This is the most popular choice for businesses that do not require physical inventory control and where only one user needs to access the system at any time.

The Plus+ Edition [Disponible en Español]
If you need detailed tracking of physical items, from goods inward to shipping, the Plus+ edition is a must. With multiple locations, bills of material, assembly management, and cycle counting, the inventory control features of this application are similar to those found in large companies. Unlike many well-known accounting packages, everything is integrated with the Sales and Purchases modules - no need for double entries. When you receive an item, the inventory is automatically updated. When you sell an item, the inventory is automatically depleted.

Client/Server Editions
One of the major benefits of Artemis Accounts II is the seamless transition between different versions of the software. As your business grows, you can move from one edition to another without any data conversion or upgrading worries.
Even if you don't need mult-user capability now, you can rest assured that your initial investment is "future-proofed" and the option is always there to convert to a client/server implementation.
All editions of our accounting software can be converted to multi-user client/server mode by the simple addition of a server application. However, users of the Standard and Plus+ editions are most likely to need this option and the basic application is client/server enabled as supplied. This version of the software allows users to access the system from remote locations, even over the internet.
The HRPay Product Range
HRPay is a family of products which provide Payroll and Time & Attendance functionality for small to medium sized businesses in Ireland and the UK. HRPay handles all revenue returns, such as P30s, P35s, P45s (1 and 3), and P46 and, of course P60s. The UK version also handles the P9D, P11D, P14, P32, P38A, P38S, P46(Car), P160 and WNU. Both versions provide the facility to make paper returns or electronic returns, using ROS in Ireland, and the Internet Filing system in the UK. |
